1. Purpose of Registration

This registration is a non-binding expression of interest in participating in the 2025 School 7s Rugby season, powered by mySport360.

Submission of this form does not create a contract, obligation, or guarantee of participation.

2. Onboarding & Agreement

After registering, mySport360 will contact your school representative to schedule a demo and onboarding meeting.

Only once the school is successfully onboarded and a formal agreement is signed, will the contractual terms and service conditions apply.

Until then, this form serves as an initial indication of interest only.

3. Eligibility

This form is open to recognised schools within South Africa.

The person submitting the form must be authorised to act on behalf of the school in a sporting or administrative capacity.

4. Use of Information

Information provided will be used for:

- Communication related to onboarding and participation

- Internal planning and administration

All data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared outside of mySport360 and approved event organisers.

5. Media & Publicity

Schools consent to their names and non-sensitive team details being used for:

- Match schedules

- Fixture publications

- General promotional material related to School 7s Rugby

6. Withdrawal

Schools can withdraw their registration at any time prior to onboarding and agreement signing.

No obligation or penalty applies to schools who choose not to proceed after the demo stage.
