Who Can Register?

Players can only register if their club or school is affiliated with MySport360. If your club or school is not yet affiliated, please contact us to get started.

What Do You Need to Register?

To complete the registration, make sure you have these documents ready:

• ✅ Player’s ID number – Used to track the registration.
• ✅ A clear player photo – Must be in .jpg or .png format.
• ✅ A scanned copy of the player’s birth certificate, ID, or passport – Can be in .jpg, .png, or .pdf format.
• ✅ Completed Boksmart Questionnaire – If a player needs special medical clearance, a doctor’s details must be provided.
