At mySport360, we spend most of our time building tools that make school and club rugby management smoother. Fixtures, results, registrations — all the backend stuff that keeps the rugby world moving.

But something unexpected happened this season…

As registration for the 2025 School 7s season opened, we noticed a spike in messages and form submissions — not just from coaches or managers, but from players themselves. Kids. Parents. Guardians.

“My child wants to play, but there’s no rugby at their school.”
“We’re not part of a club — is there anywhere he can join?”

It was clear: the interest in playing rugby is alive and well — but the access isn’t always there.

🚧 The Problem: High Interest, Low Access

Here’s the truth: not every school runs a rugby program. Not every area has an active club. Some schools focus on other sports. Some don’t have coaches. Some just don’t have the budget.

And in that gap, young players — full of passion and potential — are getting left on the sidelines.

We’re not okay with that.

From there, we do what we do best: data, connections, outreach. We share that info (securely) with trusted clubs, schools, unions, and coaches using the mySport360 platform. If enough players pop up in one area, we help flag the opportunity.

🌱 The Bigger Picture

We’re not trying to run teams. That’s not our job.

But we do believe that tech should be used to open doors, not just manage spreadsheets. Rugby should be for everyone — not just the kids lucky enough to be at the right school or club.
